1. Market search. It is important before business starting.

Which kind feed is favorite in the local market or target market. Normally we visit the super markets, fish farm, and other feed needs farms. Record the requirement of feed monthly after talking with farmers. The producing date of packing will show us the market sales valume.

The materials cost in local market. The lower of the materials price, the profit is higher. As feeds producing needs more corn powder, bone powder, fish meal, etc. So it is easy to get good price fom distributor.

What about the capacity of market. If there is a big requirement on market, don't hesitate to start the business. The earlier you join in, the more market you will get.

Which factory is doing the feed products. As more as we know competitor, more idea we have on business.

2. Workshop

The workshop should be at least 1200 ㎡ for materials store, producing, products store.

The producing needs 3-5 workers on machine operating and materials work.

Water is necessary.

Electricity is necessary.

Steam energy is necessary, steam boiler would be ok.

Compresser is necessary for air.
