I am a extruder machine, also people call me double screw extruder machine, pet food extruder machine. I was made to produce pet food, dog food, animal feed, fish feed, bird feed and so on.

What products as I can produce?

1. What made me is stainless steel materials. Materials are food grade.

2. All my spare parts are world famous, like ABB, Delta, Schneider and so on. You can find them all over the worlds.The main motor is from Siemens.

3. I have three inverter control system, the screw speed inverter system, materials feed inverter speed, cutting inverter control speed.

The speed control system make me producing good quality pet food.

4. I am very easy to operate. And three-four workers is enough for the whole machine lines.

5. Different moulds could be matched to produce different shape pet foods.

What capacity I can produce on pet foods?

The recipe of pet food.

1. Soya bean 50%, fish meal 15%, wheat bran 15%, rice bran 15%, vitamin 1%, inorganic salt 1%, antibiotic 1%, adhesive 2%.

2. Rice bran 45%, soybean cake 35%, silkworm pupa powder 10%, Wheat middling powder 8%, bone powder 1.50%, table salt 0.50%.
